The room has a window AC unit. Sublet for July and August with a negotiable move-in date in June.

The apartment has 900 square feet in total area, with 500 feet of common areas.
There’s a very spacious living room, large TV, and a home theater sound system, with some Alexa-enabled features.
Large kitchen with updated large gas stove and oven, microwave, and fridge. Ideal for those who enjoy cooking!
Standard-sized bathroom with shower/bath, toilet, and sink (nothing magical!)

A bit about the neighborhood:
Primetime Chelsea, 20-minute commute to anywhere important in Manhattan! Walking distance to the West Side Park/Chelsea Piers athletic complex, Meatpacking, and Hudson Yards. Lots of independent restaurants with varied cuisines, and walking distance groceries like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and a local supermarket steps across the street. Gyms: walking distance to Equinox, Crunch, and Complete Body. Entertainment: extremely central to movie theaters, Broadway, and Madison Square Garden. Nightlife for everyone: close to the big venues like Tao, Sleep No More, One Oak; and minutes away to all the area’s gay bars if you identify as LGBT or an ally!
