The rent is $1379 per month, not including utilities, but we can negotiate. The lease term is flexible and ends on August 31, with a prorated rate of $40/day for any stay shorter than a month. The M is a secure building with fantastic amenities like a 24-hour gym, theater, study area, BBQ pit, and free printing.
