– Overlooks Brooklyn Botanic Gardens and is right next to Prospect Park, so lots of green space, fresh air, and fairly quiet
– 10 min walk to the B/Q and 2/3/4/5 trains. 4/5 are express into manhattan so it’s about 30 min to FIDI
