2 bed / 2 bath( very large rooms)

Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to sign a year-long lease – move-in would be sometime this summer or early fall if needed. Rent is ~$2975/person (no broker’s fee). It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath unit on the UES (E 95th btwn 2nd & 3rd) in a doorman & elevator building literally on top of the Q and ~3 minutes away from the 6; you’d have an en-suite bathroom and a river view from your room! The building also has a top-floor gym with a pool, and in addition to laundry machines, it has wash-and-fold & dry cleaning on site. I’m a guy, but any genders are welcome!!
